Deputies investigate 13 complaints of broken windows

LEELANAU COUNTY -- Deputies are searching for the person responsible for a shooting spree, damaging more than a dozen windows in Leelanau County.
Throughout the past two days the sheriff's office has received 13 complaints of broken windows in vehicles and one business with a BB or pellet type gun. Investigators believe the vandalism started in the southern part of Leelanau County. The first complaint came from the owner of The Grocers Daughter in Empire after a shattered window was discovered Wednesday morning.
