MACKINAC COUNTY -- Saturday March 14 early afternoon. I was headed out to Brevoort Lake from Saint Ignace when the Saint Ignace fire department's fire trucks were headed west on US-2.
When I got on the lake I soon noticed a house fire on the south shore of Christenson Bay.
Both the Moran and Saint Ignace fire departments were on the scene of a house fire and I took several pictures of the fire and firemen as they pumped water from the lake.
The house is not visible because of all the smoke. It appeared to be a total loss when I left the lake later in the day.
