State representatives for several Northern Michigan counties were sworn in. Wayne Schmidt will serve as State House Representative for Grand Traverse and Kalkaska counties. While Kevin Elsenheimer took the oath for his third and final term as State House Representative for Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, and Otsego counties. Elsenheimer will also serve as the 2009-2010 House Republican Leader.
