The dirt on Michigan’s bath salt laws

On July 15th, 2011, Governor Snyder signed house bill 4565. In short, it outlawed certain chemicals found in "bath salts." These substances are sold to users seeking an "ecstasy" or "cocaine” high.
Do you think lawmakers are doing enough to prevent bath salts from being abused in Michigan?
