Boats frozen in bay, Coast Guard prepares for the thaw : News : UpNorthLive.com

Those three boats are still in Duncan Bay, and now, they're surrounded by ice. The Coast Guard has stepped in, and they're removing all possible pollutants, just in case something happens this winter or spring.
