CHARLEVOIX -- Sheriff's deputies in Charlevoix County arrest a man for his role in a deadly crash.

23-year-old Zachary Woodthorp of East Jordan is expected to be charged with Negligent Homicide for an incident that happened in November of last year.

Deputies say Woodthorp was going too fast when he collided his GMC pick-up into a Chevrolet Impala driven by James Browe on Boyne City-East Jordan Road.  Brown died as a result of the crash.

If Woodthorp is found guilty, he could spend up to two years in prison and pay a $2,000 fine.

No arraignment date has been set.
