A court date for a lawsuit against a Petoskey development has been set for 2009.
Representatives for the Schnabel Foundation Company say they are owed $930,000 for work they did on the Petoskey Pointe Project. The subcontractor filed a lawsuit in may seeking foreclosure for its construction lien on the property. The case will be heard in court in May 2009. The suit has been filed against developer Lake Street Associates and the project management company JM Olson.
