A Benzie County man is in custody on multiple criminal sexual conduct charges. William Tooley of Frankfort is charged with first and third degree criminal sexual conduct and accosting a children for immoral purposes. Tooley already faces charges of second and fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. All the charges involve minors. Tooley's bond is set at one- million dollars.
