ROSCOMMON CO. -- Over 10,000 people are without power in Roscommon and Missaukee counties.

According to a spokesman from Consumers Energy, a tree appears to have fallen on a power line.  He says the line is likely a primary line.

The outage is on Chestnut Road and Roscommon Road.

Approximately 10,000 Roscommon County customers and 774 Missaukee County customers are without power.

Some traffic lights are also without power, so drivers are encouraged to be cautious.

A tree crew is on the way to the scene.
