As Governor Snyder unveiled his nearly $51 billion budget Thursday night, some of his proposals aren't sitting well with Northern Michigan folks -- specifically his plan to increase the fuel tax. The majority of people 7&4 spoke with said it's just more pain at the pump.

Bob Lamb has always loved the outdoors. The Traverse City man along with his wife, Mary have lived on the shores of Silver Lake for 63 years. Everything from water skiing to snowmobiling with his family and friends are Lamb's passions. Lately though, things have slowed down for the 87-year-old World War II veteran. He credits a new procedure at Munson Medical Center with extending his life.
