Wednesday, May 09, 2012  The Spay Neuter Express is a mobile unit coming to Northern Michigan from Lowell down near Grand Rapids.  The mobile unit is headed up by Dr. Bruce Langlois, DVM who does spay, neuter, vaccines, and micro-chipping at a reduced rate to help people who can't afford the regular veterinary prices.  It will take place Thursday, May 10th and Friday, May 11th at Tractor Supply in Traverse City.
