The 2011 Shiver by the River event continued Saturday in Frankfort.

Frankfort prepares for its first Shiver by the River festival. The festival will include a sno-cross event, antique snowmobile show, a parade, games for kids, bowling on Main Street, food, music, and more. Events start Friday and will continue through the weekend.
