Chef Phil Murray from Phil's on Front in Traverse City is preparing his fresh sea scallop recipe this week. Phil uses vandalia onions and white organic corn for this recipe.This recipe uses heavy whipping cream, but Phil said for those who are lactose intolerant they can use white wine instead.
