Several northern Michgian animal shelters will receive between $5,000 and $10,000 in reimbursement for the purchase of supplies, services, and materials for spay and neuter activities.

This might be an eye opening number to you. Michigan taxpayers spent $14 billion dollars caring for people with autism last year. An effort is underway in Lansing that would save the state a big chunk of that money and help thousands of autistic children and their families better afford the therapy that could change their lives.
