The owner of three boats sitting in a Cheboygan County bay since August of 2010 has two months to remove them or the cost could be on the backs of tax payers.

Those three boats are still in Duncan Bay, and now, they're surrounded by ice.
The Coast Guard has stepped in, and they're removing all possible pollutants, just in case something happens this winter or spring.
