Michael Gray was traveling on Douglas Road in Hebron Township, when he lost control of his ORV, left the road, and hit several trees. The ORV rolled several times, ejecting Gray from the vehicle.

According to Michigan State Police, the victim was "severely assaulted" while inside a van last night. Police say the victim was then forced to take his clothes off and get out of the van wearing only his socks.
