Farmers financial futures are uncertain as a colder than normal summer is causing concern. Below normal temperatures over the last few months have some crops two to three weeks behind schedule. If they can't get a warm summer, farmers are hoping for a longer summer and warmer temperatures well into the fall or they could face thousands of dollars in crop losses.
