During 7&4 News Today, The Cherry Capital Men's Quartet performed LIVE. The quartet has been around since 2008 and started as a Valentine's quartet. Now, the men sing at various local schools, functions and for holiday occasions.

Throughout 7&4 News Today on Friday, Traverse City Central Choral-Aires sang LIVE Christmas songs. Two quartets took turns singing into the news breaks and also performed a full song during the morning show.
