The Relay for Life-Grand Traverse County kicks off in June but now is the time for teams to start coming together and fundraising for the 24-hour cancer walk. The Relay will take place June 8th and 9th at the Grand Traverse County Civic Center. This year's fundraising goal is: $95,000 with a goal of 60 teams. Relay organizers say right now they have about 25 teams set up.

The 2012 Relay for Life in Grand Traverse County might be a few months away but now is the time for people to start thinking about forming teams for the upcoming cancer walk. The dates for the walk are June 9th and 10th at the Civic Center in Traverse City.
