H.A.N.D.D.S to the Rescue is a volunteer organization that aims to rescue dogs that would otherwise be euthanized at shelters. The non-profit group is hosting its annual "Bark in the Park" on Saturday, July 17th in Traverse City on the lawn of Building 52.
