So yes I'm still singing with my band 'Cancel Monday' downstate but after getting a taste of the nightlife around Traverse City I’ve come to appreciate the amazing live music scene here…and I want in!
I’m blown away by the impressive sounds of local vocalists and musicians in the area. I especially liked listening to a few groups at Phil’s On Front in downtown Traverse City.
To me there’s nothing like the sweet sound of a soulful singer and a piano or acoustic guitar.
Although I’ve only been here in Traverse City for just over two months, it already feels like home and I know it will feel even more like home if I can start gigging around town.
