Deputies locate missing woman

Clare County Deputies have located a missing Hatton Township woman.

CLARE COUNTY, MI -- Clare County Deputies have located a missing Hatton Township woman.

Ruthann Susan Kramer, 20, was reported missing on Wednesday.

Thursday morning, deputies told 7&4 News Kramer was located in Wexford County and made contact with her family.

Kramer was last seen on Monday, February 18.

Deputies did not say if she was harmed in any way.
