ISABELLA COUNTY -- State Police are searching for an armed robber who targeted a business in Isabella county Friday night. Police say it happened at The Next Door Food Store located on East Remus Road in Union Township.

Just after midnight, a man entered the store, holding a gun and demanded money from the cashier. The suspect grabbed the money and took off from the scene.

The suspect is described as a white man, possibly with a dark complexion and with dark short hair.

Details on the "getaway" car are limited but it looked like it was dark in color with a silver front grill.

If you have any information on the suspect, you're asked to contact the State Police post in Mt. Pleasant that number is (989) 773-5951.
