Louis Neiswander, 45, was arrested under a Felony count of stalking.
TRAVERSE CITY -- A Traverse City man is behind bars once again after police say he continued to stalk a woman.
Traverse City Police were called to Hastings Street on the stalking complaint last week. Thursday at 2:30pm, the suspect was located a an area hotel.
Louis Neiswander, 45, was arrested under a Felony count of stalking because this is the third time in seven months he has been arrested for stalking the same woman.
The victim in this incident has a Personal Protection Order that has been served on Neiswander. The victim has no relation to nor any connection to the suspect.
