EAST LANSING (AP) -- The Broad College of Business at Michigan State University is launching a master's of science degree program in business analytics and partnering with IBM on education efforts.
Details are being announced Thursday in East Lansing as part of the "Emerging Power of Analytics" symposium. A number of other companies are involved.
The partnership with IBM aims to offer a comprehensive undergraduate analytics curriculum to help students gain data analysis skills. The effort uses IBM's speedy Watson computer technology.
