BOYNE CITY -- Papers were signed today that initiates the next phase of the One Water development in downtown Boyne City. This phase consists of 13 new 3-story condo/hotel/cottage buildings containing 15 seperate units.

The Boyne City Commission granted final approval to a conditional rezoning request for the project at its July 24th meeting. Sales are now underway for the final component which will provide housing and accomodations for both residents and visitors.

Depending on customer response, it is anticipated that constriction on a number of the units will start in the fall. To date, Catt Development, the developer of the project, has invested nearly $4 million on this site, creating almost 100 jobs.
