LEELANAU COUNTY -- The Women's Winter is celebrating 15 fun filled years of fitness and fun! Registration is still open for this event benefitting local charities and the well-being of women everywhere.

Sunday morning hundreds of women will be bussed from the Holiday Inn to one of three points on the Leelanau Trail, depending if they choose to do an 8k, 5k, or 3k.

Participants can choose to snow show, cross country ski, or even walk or run the trail. Black Star Farms in Suttons Bay is the finish line although it is not a race. Women will be greeted with wine and chocolate and a celebration of being active.

You can register online at www.womenswintertour.com or this Saturday and Sunday at the Holiday Inn.

7&4's Holly Baker spoke with the creator of the Women's Winter Tour, Kaye Krapohl and discussed chocolate, charity, and confidence in ski pants.
