GRAND TRAVERSE CO. -- As statewide flu cases and deaths continue to rise, a northern Michigan clinic is offering free flu shots.
The Walk-In Clinic on US-31 in Traverse City will offer free flu shots today from 9:00-5:00 to the first 400 adults between the ages of 18 and 64.
The manufacturer has supplied the clinic with these doses in order to help vaccinate as many people as possible.
The clinic had 100 patients getting shots in the first hour.
