TRAVERSE CITY -- Sweets and desserts are common when it comes to the holiday season.  Registered dietician Jen May, says there are ways to enjoy the festive meals but also stay healthy. 

May says incorporating fruits and vegetables into every days meals as well as sticking to an exercise plan is key.  The biggest factor is making sure that everything is in moderation.
