Such was the case recently when the remains of 7 United States Marines, who were thought lost forever when their plane crashed during Wolrd War II. The families of the fallen were told that the plane went down in the Pacific Ocean and that their remains were unrecoverable. That was the truth the families lived with for almost 70 years, until one day, deep in the jungle, a discovery that would finally provide them with some closure.

A flag draped coffin, a firing party, and a bugler are the images we expect to see at graveside funeral services. If you look closely though you may notice something you didn't expect, a lady. She is an official part of the ceremony, and by title, she is an Arlington Lady.
