MANISTEE COUNTY -- State Police have identified the man killed on M-115 Monday night.
Police say 25-year-old Thomas Strong of Copemish was hit by a car on M-115 near Kurich Road in Springfield Township.
Strong was walking east bound along the road around 10:05 p.m. when he was hit by an east bound car driven by a 17-year-old from Mesick.
The crash is still under investigation.
