Question What is one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business? Answer Experience and expertise are two important factors in choosing a health care provider. Kids Creek Children's Clinic has been caring for families in the Traverse City region for over 50 years. All of our providers are specialty trained and certified in Pediatrics. Our longevity allows us to build wonderful relationships with our families. Our expertise allows us to skillfully care for children as individuals who have unique healthcare needs. Question What is the most common question customers have about your business? Answer Most families wish to know how and when they can visit our clinic. Here is some basic information about how our clinic operates:
Families and their children receive care at Kids Creek Children's Clinic primarily through scheduled appointments. Routine physical appointments need to be scheduled in advance. During most days of the year, we have time reserved for same day appointments addressing acute illnesses (i.e.: colds, earaches, sore throats, vomiting, or injuries). We encourage families with a sick child to call as early as possible to schedule a same day appointment. Less acute issues, including ongoing or chronic problems, will be scheduled as promptly as possible. While scheduling an appointment for your child is strongly recommended, the providers will accomodate walk-in patients daily as they are able. Our staff is available to answer your calls beginning at 7:30am each day and our scheduling staff will be happy to help you arrange a visit for your child.
Our office currently offers appointments during the following hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:30am-5:30pm; and Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm. We have Saturday morning hours from 9:00am until 12:00pm for acutely ill children only.
Kids Creek Children's Clinic is proud to offer its patient families an informative website, www.kidscreekcc.com. This site will provide you with valuable information about our office, as well as advice on caring for your child as they grow or during episodes of illiness.
