If you have been in an ACCIDENT:

As the vehicle owner, your options are as follows:

1) If you have AAA road service you must call 1-800-222-6424 at the scene of the accident.

2) If you have full coverage insurance on the vehicle, please contact your insurance company immediately. They usually cover all towing and storage costs. However, you are still responsible if the charges are not paid.

3) Pay with cash or credit card all accrued towing and storage fees. Remove the vehicle from our storage lot.

4) Pay all accrued towing charges and sign over the clear title within five calendar days and we will dispose of the vehicle.

5) The storage charge for this vehicle varies per calendar day.

6) If a vehicle is being held by the police department or court system for any reason, it is not to be looked at or touched unless released by said agency.

If your vehicle has been IMPOUNDED:

As the vehicle owner your options are as follows:

1) Pay all accrued towing and storage fees with cash only and remove the vehicle form our storage lot.

2) The storage charge for this vehicle varies per calendar day.

3) Pay all accrued towing charges and sign over the clear title within five calendar days so we can dispose of the vehicle or the vehicle will be deemed abandoned.

4) If vehicle is being held by the police department or court system for any reason, it is not to be looked at or touched unless released by said agency.

5) The personal contents of the vehicle will not be released until all towing charges and storage charges are paid.
