Pre-arranged services can be provided for you or your loved one while you are vacationing in Traverse City. Integrity caregivers can assist with personal care, respite, overnight services, 24 hour care, or companionship.
Pre-arranged services can be provided for your loved one while you, the primary caregiver, are out of town. Integrity caregivers can assist with personal care, medication reminders, shopping, transportation for errands and appointments, housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, overnight services and 24 hour care.
Tammy Tarsa, Owner As the owner of Integrity Home Health Care since January 2008, Tammy is a long time Traverse City resident. She is a registered nurse, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and is a certified Montessori early childhood teacher. She was motivated to begin a nursing career by her belief that people are important and by her desire to make a difference in their lives. Anita Carlson, Marketing Director Anita Carlson came to Traverse City in 1989 and taught music for TCAPS for 20 years before taking the job of Marketing Director at Integrity. Along with her teaching responsibilities she worked with curriculum and professional development as well as scheduling. While music and marketing may seem miles apart – many of the same skills are employed in both jobs. Her creativity, organizational skills and outgoing personality make her a perfect fit for the marketing position. She is responsible for all media, web advertising, trade shows – everything that promotes Integrity comes through her office. Jesse St. John , Human Resouces Director As the new Human Resources Director, Jesse enjoys working with the staff so both their goals as employees and the goals of Integrity and their clients are met. He says he “feels a great sense of accomplishment when the schedulers are able to meet the needs of the clients, knowing that I played an important role by recruiting the right people for the job. Joyce Slater, Customer Service Joyce Slater has been part of Traverse City for many years, growing up here and raising her daughter here. Joyce has worked in customer service for many years and thoroughly loves the work at Integrity. She strives to learn about each patient and experiences a deep satisfaction after successfully matching up clients with employees. You may speak with her over the phone as she assesses your needs and preferences.
Question Will there be an initial assessment of the client's needs? Answer Yes, Integrity's Nurse Care Manager will visit the client's home to assess their care needs and discuss the services we offer. This initial assessment is free whether the client decides to contract with us or not. Question Does the agency subcontract their health care workers or are they employed? Answer All of Integrity's workers are the agency's employees and they are under direct supervision of the Nurse Case Manager and Field Supervisor. They are part of a larger team and function together to meet your needs. Question Does the agency do background checks on their employees? Answer Integrity executes background checks on every employee, along with personal and professional reference checks. Question What insurance providers do you accept?
