My name is Dennis and I am owner and sole employee of Computer Guru. Computer Guru not only repairs computers but I also educate and sell computers.
I am now serving the Traverse City area with convenient hours, one-on-one service and honest prices. I’d really like customers to know that I’m honest and I run my business honestly. You can always count on me if you have questions or problems with your computer.
I offer free diagnostics and I will also educate you about your computer. I try to make sure that I have a quick turn around of one or two days. And if I have to order parts it will take a little longer. There is no computer that cannot be brought back to life. One of the most popular misconceptions is that a computer is beyond the point of repair, or that it is too old to make run right again. Any computer that is less then eight years old can be made to run well. They may not be the fastest, but they will run well.
I think another thing that I would like people to know is the computer that they were paying $1,300 - $1,500 for two years ago I can sell them now in the $400.00 range. A lot of the computers that I get are like new or slightly used and they have a lot of life left in them. Just come to me with an idea of what you’re looking for or your price range and let me do the rest. I stand by everything I do and sell!
