Hard water is caused by calcium and magnesium combining to create a film that sticks on your skin and other surfaces.

How does your service soften the water and what are the benefits?
Answer
Water is softened by a process called Ion Exchange. The resin in a softener tank absorbs the calcium and magnesium and replaces it with sodium. Some benefits of soft water include, but are not limited to: helps prevent dry skin, prevents build-up on appliances and fixtures. You will use less soap, detergent and cleaners.
