TRAVERSE CITY -- Chef Phil Murray has a new electric knife... that doesn't look so new...
"I've been cooking for 37 years and finally I've hit the 21st century with my new technology" said chef Phil Murray, owner of Phil's on Front in Traverse City holding up an electric knife. "This is the switchable electric knife."

This week Phil is sharing his Heirloom Tomato recipe (with his "new" electric knife):
Ingredients:
Bread
Heirloom Tomato
Hamilton Beach electric Knife
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Directions:
Slice your bread in half, then slice each half in half. Slice tomato thinly and place in between bread slices. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Easy as that!
