Answer That our cheesecake is the best you have ever or will ever eat! It's not a threat, it's a promise! Question What sets your business apart from the competition? Answer We are a small business, we have better control over our quality. Two of the owners that began the business and did all the baking are the same two people today. To say that we have some pretty high standards is an understatement. Question Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or services you offer? Answer We are here to make your life more enjoyable and easy. If you are entertaining, see us for the sweet part of the event. If you need a happy jolt on any given day...come see us! Answer We do our best to be involved in the community as a whole and to our own little village here at the Grand Traverse Commons. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and compost and recycle to keep our garbage down. Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer That The Underground Cheesecake Company will become their "Happy place" so just be prepared! Question What services do you offer that many people may not know about? Answer We make the greatest savory appetizer cheesecakes. The flavors are parmesan artichoke, whitefish and caramelized onions, salmon and roasted red pepper, blue cheese with toasted almonds and sundried tomato spinach. You just add the crackers or pita chips!
