Question What is Dingy's best known for? Answer We serve the best food by the best wait staff around. Consistently great tasting food brought to you by servers that make you feel like part of the family. Question What is the most common question customers have about your business? Answer They want to know if we take reseravations and the answer is, we're sorry, but no we do not take reservations. We seat customers on a first come first serve basis, which best accomodates our customers. Question What is the one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business? Answer We smoke our meats in our in-house smoker which serves to provide our customers with the best ribs, chicken, turkey legs, brisket, and pulled pork BBQ. No one does it better. Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer The quality and consistency of our food and service sets us apart. Our customers know they will receive a delicious meal and that our staff will make their dining experience as perfect as possible. Most customers seem to build relationships with our staff at Dinghy's. I think it creates a great connection and a wonderful feeling when they come back through the door. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer Dinghy's owner, Steve, is actively involved in many community events and activities. He is currently Vice President of the Frankfort-Elberta Chamber of Commerce. He's also president of the non-profit sailing school on Crystal Lake. Recently Dinghy's has begun to accept non-perishable donations for our local food pantry in return for 10 percent off of their guest checks. We are also beginning a campaign that encourages our staff to volunteer at local agencies within the area. We will be donating our time at a different non-profit each month. If you know of an agency that could use help that is located in the Benzie county area, please contact the restaurant to receive a "Dinghy's Cares" application.
