Cherry Capital Cadillac Subaru is a proud sponsor Trailing for Triumph event that took place September 18th, 2010 in Traverse City. Trailing for Triumph, a 501 (c)3 foundation, dedicates its efforts toward raising funds in support of breast cancer research.
Established in 2005 by a group of horse lovers and concerned residents of northern Michigan, Trailing for Triumph held its first annual weekend riding event at Ranch Rudolf in September 2005 to raise money for this important cause. Riders, sponsors and supporters of breast cancer research succeeded in helping us raising over $10,000 in each event and enjoyed the companionship of friends and horses at the same time!
At the Fifth Annual Trailing for Triumph Ride in September 2009 we raised $24,000! We donated monies to Otsego Memorial Hospital in Gaylord and will be giving money to Munson Hospital soon. We also helped make improvements and updates to the cancer resource room at Charlevoiex Area Hospital. All funds are earmarked for breast cancer research and recovery programs.
