Staff at a Charlevoix school closed their doors early Monday morning when they realized the majority of their students were out sick.

More schools all around northern Michigan are closing their doors as an increasing number of students are out sick with flu-like illnesses.  Several schools are closing Tuesday and Wednesday several more are shutting down for the rest of the week.
