March 5, 2013OLD MISSION TRADERS ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING CELEBRATIONTraverse City -- Today, Old Mission Traders announced its Grand Opening Celebration, introducing a new look, new artisan foods, and expanded product lines. ?
The Celebration, which is set for Saturday, March 16, will feature food demos, live entertainment, free product sampling, specials, and prize drawings. The celebration will provide the business the opportunity to introduce their new line of house-made artisan foods to the public, as well as showcasing familiar favorites.Formerly The Cherry Stop, Old Mission Traders opened in early February, after moving into and renovating their new space. Owners Jamie and Nick Roster wanted to take a step away from the all-things-cherry theme to provide a wider variety of Michigan made products. Many Michigan companies and local artisans are represented throughout the store. The Rosters are currently awaiting the transfer of their liquor license, and once complete, Old Mission Traders will once again feature a wide selection of Michigan wine and microbrews.# # #For more information contact:
