Here’s something news worthy that’s happening in Northern Michigan. Friday Night, November 16th Black White& More Ladies Boutique is hosting the third annual Girls Night Out. While the guys are hunting, we gals get together for a night of fun, deals and eats.First let’s get a little background on the store. Black White & More is a ladies clothing, accessory and gift boutique that is located in downtown Cheboygan, Michigan. It is a black and white themed store with a twist. There is always a splash of color. This fall, the crisp, classy, black and white clothes are accented with brown and red, or chocolate and cherry as we like to call them.Opened in June of 2010, Black White & More has been offering locals and tourists a unique shopping experience providing a place where they can find a fabulous outfit, a great accessory, or a beautiful gift all at an affordable price. The response to the store and the concept has been great! Most women love black and white. It is always in fashion and it is so very classic and versatile. You can always pop a little color with it for a chic result. Ladies say the love the clothes at Black White & More, the moderate pricing and the way the clothes are displayed so that you can visualize the pieces as they would look put together in an ensemble. Shoppers enjoy being able to pick out a matching purse and shoes to go with the clothes they choose and pick up a gift for a friend all in one stop.So here are some details on Girls Night Out. This special event runs from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. At Black White & More, shoppers have a chance to fill out a Christmas wish list. This wish list is kept on file at the store for husbands or family members to pick up the perfect gift. This wish list has delighted shoppers in past years as they wake up on Christmas morning with a gift that they can actually wear or use, and it’s been wrapped beautifully thanks to Black White and More’s free gift wrap with purchase offer. Also on Girls Night Out, Ladies can register for a gift basket giveaway, take advantage of one-night-only discounts and have some refreshments, too. When they finish shopping ladies can go to Mulligan’s for half off appetizers and drink specials. Or they may take advantage of one night only specials at Pauly Joe’s Restaurant, State Street Coffee Co., or Downtown Johnnie’s.This year, Black White & More will be joined by most of the downtown retailers. This list includes Billie’s Clothing, Reusch Jewelers, Zany Kitchen, Shanty Boy, Bittersweet, and Creation Station. These participating retailers will also run specials have snacks available. It is a great chance for the “hunting widows” to get out together, while the men are at hunting camp, get a jump on Christmas shopping, pick out something special for themselves, and go out for a bite or a drink with the gals.
