Early detection is the key to fighting Breast Cancer. That's why WPBN/WTOM TV 7&4 continues to bring you Buddy Check every month.

Buddy Check promotes the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer by encouraging female viewers to perform monthly breast self-examinations. Buddy Check, hosted by TV 7&4's Diana Fairbanks, is an on-going awareness campaign, with a special focus on the 4th of every month. Female viewers are encouraged to select a "Buddy", and on the 4th of every month, call and remind your buddy to perform a breast self-examination. Plus, watch Diana Fairbanks' Buddy Check segment on the 4th of every month on 7&4 News Today at 5:00 a.m. and 7&4 News at 5:00 p.m.
