Entries must be received by 5pm Monday, May 21, 2010 in order to qualify. 

One monthly winner will be selected based upon the entry form information. 

 Monthly winners will receive the following:

• Visit to 7&4’s Traverse City Office / Studio
• Work with Meteorologist Joe Charlevoix from 4am-5am preparing for 7&4 News Today's weather segment
• Appearance on 7&4 News Today with Joe Charlevoix delivering the weather forecast
• DVD of morning show appearance

Winners will be featured the first Monday of the month on 7&4 News Today.
