Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
6-8 Potatoes
Salt
12 oz Ham, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
1 qt Half and Half
8 oz Flour
8 oz Butter
Directions
Peel and slice potatoes, then dredge in flour. Place in casserole dish, then layer with ham, onions and butter. When casserole dish is filled, pour cream over potatoes and cover.
Bake for 2 hours covered at 350 degrees. Bake 1 more hour uncovered or until golden brown.
