Summer Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

8 oz Balsamic Vinegar

16 oz Olive Oil

4 oz Water

4 oz Brown Sugar

½ oz Chopped Garlic

6 Leaves of Fresh Basil

Salad

Tomatoes

Fresh Mozzarella

Toasted Bread

 

Preparation

* Combine all ingredients. Add chopped basil and garlic. Let sit for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

* To assemble salad:

Stack tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella on a toasted crouton (bread). Place some fresh greens around tomatoes and drizzle dressing over top of tomatoes and salad.
