Strawberries Romanoff with Shaved Chocolate
Ingredients
1 pint Heavy Cream Whipped
1 pint sour cream
4 oz light brown sugar
3 tablespoons brandy
3 tablespoons orange liqueur
2 tablespoons chopped chocolate
4 pints strawberries, hulled
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the Whipped Heavy cream and sour cream and mix well. Add the brandy, sugar and orange liqueur and mix until well combined. Refrigerate. Fold in the strawberries. Place in serving glass and garnish with shaved chocolate.
