Smoked Whitefish Dip
8oz. smoked white fish filet
16 oz. Cream cheese
8oz. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Ranch dressing dry
1 tsp. Horse radish
4 oz. Green olives
4 oz. Finely chopped carrots
2 oz. parsley
Preparation:
1. Soften cream cheese in a bowl
2. Add mayonnaise, horse radish and ranch seasoning
3. Mix in food processor till smooth.
4. Remove and hold
5. Stage 2: Chop smoked white fish in food processor 10 seconds (not to be ground to fine.)
6. Chop green olives parsley and carrots fine dice
7. Mix all ingredients together. Serve with crackers or toast points
