Wedding Tips

-When ordering invitations make sure to order extra, for mistakes and last minute add ons.

-Matron or Maid of Honor? Either way, legally they must be at least 18 years old. The difference? A Maid is single. A Matron is married.

-The age requirement (18) is the same for the Best Man. Make sure your best man writes out his toast for the reception. He doesn’t need to follow a script…but winging it won’t cut it buddy!

-Bring along samples of the color themes when you visit with businesses, making sure everyone is using matching colors.

-Disposable cameras do not replace the expertise of a photographer but make a fun addition for some candid shots by guests!

-Remember that the cake top gets saved, don’t forget a box to store it in!

-For the toast, a case of champagne will serve 50 people.

-Find out how flexible your wedding staff is. Sometimes there are unexpected delays and you don’t want wedding staff that can’t adjust. (Additional charges may apply for overtime)

-Avoid outdoor wedding disaster! Make sure you have an alternate indoor location secured, Michigan weather can be unpredictable.
